Where to Park...
1. Franklin Street Public Parking:
This parking lot is the closer choice. It does have less spaces and fills up faster on the weekends. Once you pass the Cat Cafe (which will be on your left) the Public Parking lot will be quickly after on your Right.
2. Riverview Public Parking:
This parking lot is just a short walk away, but much larger with almost always spots available. You can put the Torrington Library in your GPS as the parking lot is directly behind. Once parked, safely cross at the crosswalk over the two lanes on Main Street. Walk over the bridge and head down Franklin Plaza. We are just a few steps down on your Right.
